East Coast Park

This is one park I never knew I will end up liking it... my uncle did mentioned to me that it is nice, but I never knew his words are so true... Anyways, here are some of my pictures to share... darn...

Trying to snap the bird is pretty hard cause it is under-expose and the bird is not stationary... The picture looks so distorted to the upper side... but I do find it artistic... muahaha.. as if lar..

Huh.... even trying to snapshot this bird is not easy also... If I get to close to it, it flies away.. So, I had to take its snapshot from a far distance and zooming as close as possible and this is the closest I can get... Pretty bad huh... but at least I did my best to get it as clear as possible...

Horrbile! Totally under-expose. It is too dark but what can I do? I am making the best out of my outdoor adventure and sharpening my skills in photography lor....

Even trying to take of a moving object is pretty hard. I was taught on how to take a moving object making the background blur and the object clear.. Ta-da.... good eh?? Unfortunately the object is not in the middle. If it is, then it is kinda perfect for me... Well, I still have lots to learn.. muahaha...

Sand castle in ECP is something new to me cause in PRP, I do not see any sand castle. So it is kinda amusing to me. It is pretty amazing how they can make such nice sand castle. Beautiful isn't it?

Taking this picture is simple but then it is the artistic mindset that comes in place for a beautiful picutre. When I looked at this picutre, it does look nice and artistic. (Of course lar... the person who took this is way better off than me in photography lor.. *wink wink*..)

I love this... unfortunately, the little robot is out of focus... sharks... If I knew earlier, I would have retaken this picture. Anyways, I like this alot.. hehe..

Overall rating for ECP and PRP, I would prefer to go back to ECP cause it has more things to do there... more things to see too.. but............... it is kinda far for me and difficult to come home. It costs me SGD15 dollars for cab fare to reach home... *sob sob*...

Korean anyone

East Coast park is quite a nice park. I have been to Pasir Ris park but I can say ECP has more things to do.... well, I went for bicycle riding at both parks and ECP has more things to view...

After bike riding, a sumptuos meal is the best.. hehe (despite being on diet..)

Ju Shin Jung is a place where first recommended by someone.. and I love going back there again cause it is very Korea feeling...

This is how the place looks like... nice atmosphere...

The side dishes... yummy..

Total layout of the BBQ pit.. haha... very indoor..

Kimchi as side dish..

Smach potatoes... its kinda sweet..

The waitress doing all the BBQ-ing for us... yummy..

The famous egg platter.. quite delicious...

All in came in total of around SGD80... haha...

Bottle Tree

It has been a long time since the last gathering of my department... and not easy to get all the PAE to attend a gathering.. but still, only three PAE manage to have this gathering to visit our Senior Principle Engineer who is recovering from her maternity leave.... After visiting her, we decided to have our lunch at Bottle Tree, Khatib.

The appetizer is pretty sour.. so pickled that I myself cannot stand the sourness... got a poking pain just down below my ear (near to the chin)...

This Deep Fried Cereal chicken... very nice indeed... Dip with pepperish-saltish powder... Very tasty....

Pond view of where we had our lunch... Quite a nice place to job during the evening.. but pretty far from my house lor...

This are my colleagues.... A torn among the roses.... Rina, Li Li, Rowena & JC....

Additional guy, Ah Wee, is actually our colleague but from another department... but he is also close to our Principle Engineer... so he tagged along too.... Very funny & jovial guy.... Will always make your day a happy day....

The famous Bottle Tree....

The pond where everyone is fishing for prawns.. haha... they are willing to bake themselves under the hot sun just to fish prawns.. sigh.... I would rather pay to get the prawns then fish it... haha..

Specially dedicated to my best friend...

This is the bride... Siew Mei... pretty lady.... Never knew she got married faster than me... haha...

Going back to Melaka to attend my best friend's wedding is a good experience... anyways, it is much easier for me to go home from Singapore than Kuching....

Kum Fong Siew Yen and myself... one of the girls in my group during high school.. known as the noisy girl... can hear her from far.. wah.. the good old days.. (I feel like my face is big... camera too near my face.. haha... so not me...)

Siew Mei and her husband, Wee...

Audrey and Angie... Audrey is one person that is bubbly as ever.. even during sad times, she is the bubbly one..

Yook Ling, Diane and Sheow Meen... all looking grown up and beautiful...

Sandy and her jewels, Thomas (hubby) and Eugene (the devil in her eyes.. haha)...

The cake cutting ceremony......

The Yam-seng time.... both families join hand-in-hand to wish the bride and groom a fruitfull marriage....

The dancing ceremony for the couple....

Short Trip...

After my long break to Macao-HK last January, finally I took another break back to my country... Well, you never would guess where I actually ended myself at... ...

5-star bus took us to the destination... non other than...........

Don't tell me you cannot resognize this place?? Come on... Malaysians should know this place very well... Genting Highlands... the land of gambling... haha.. I made my RM60 profit from here... (which covered half my shopping expenses. I bought RM140 worth of clothes in Berjaya Time Square...)

Ripley's Believe It or Not.... Tallest man in the world. His palm is as big as my face.... but standing next to him, I feel damn short man.... I am just merely above half his height... *sob sob*

Amazing Illusion... some people cannot even see the difference till I have to point it out. I guess I am blessed with this amazing gift to spot the differences immediately.

The theme park... haha... I didn't play all the games lar... Cannot stand the sudden shock feeling....

Next destination... non other than the famous KLCC....

A-huh........ when you see this food, then you will know where this place is... Chicken Rice Ball.. yummy...

Christ Church Melaka... at last, I am back to my hometown.. woohoo...

The famous A-Famosa.. where it was used as a defence wall.. sucks.. my history has gone down to the drain.... longkang!!!! The 2 ladies beside me are from China and this is their first time to Melaka...

A-huh... guess who eh.. haha.... We took the trishaw back to where the car is parked... 30 minutes walk from here.. the car is actually parked in from of St. Francis Xavier church lor... haha... too tired & hot to walk back...

Durian... for a dome???

Imagine being in Singapore for a year plus but have not even fully explored Singapore?? Haha.. Due to laziness, we made the journey to Peninsula Plaza to check out on camera gadgets and then finally ended up at Esplanade because we were curious what the durian-dome is all about....

View outside of Esplanade (back facing Esplanade).... If I am not mistaken, that is Swissotel.. 5 star...

Esplanade dome... which features all the live theatres & orchestras in Singapore... Concerts too I guess.. The dome really looks like a huge durian from afar... so funny...

The linkway in between the man-made water-pond aesthetic.. haha..

I captured this picture becuase the man's arm was full of tattoo... but when I zoomed the picture in, someone told me that it is spoilt tattoo... tattooed too many times... yeiks.. crikey...

Fullerton hotel... doesn't it remind you of a train station???
