The menu is very slick... image does count for Equinox.. Simplicity with class...
Olive oil... I guess ang-moh does have olive oil at every dining table (like Asians love chilli sauce or ketchup)
Bread served as a munchie... (Kind of heavy eh... haha)... Slab with butter (above picture)
For HIM... HUGH STYLES, EXECUTIVE CHEF MENU DEGUSTATION
Appetizer : New sashimi from yellowtail kingfish with daikon radish and ponzu
Soup : Spinach soup with poached quail egg and mimollete espuma(Picture unavailable.. but the display is nice...)
Entree : Maine lobster with celery-apple curry and Cambodian herbs
Main course : Beef Rossini (Medium well). It was supposed to be Duck breast "Sous Vide" with braised puy lentils, foie gras sausage and braised carrots
Extra : Cheese, Chicory tase tatin with Gorgonzola dolce and old aceto sabayon
Dessert : Banana split deconstructionFor HER...
Appetizer : Watermelon Salad
Entree : Bisque of Crab
Main course : Lamb (well done)
His special treatment.... complimentary chocolate mousse
And all these costs me...............
