OPI Nail Polish

I have been contemplating to get the nail polisher as it is quite pricy here in Singapore. Its about SGD25 per bottle. Worse of all, it is like LV where no discount is applicable to OPI. OPI in Singapore is not giving permission for discounted rates but if the distributor wants to give discount, then it is their own choice.

Finally, this is my buys.


My favourite is "an affair in red square", most left bottle. The pinks and white are for my french manicure.

Today, i got myself another 2 bottles.


Aren't they pretty? That is lavender and beside it is for my sparkling polisher.


There you go. It is very girlie color right? Haha... I just love them because it doesn't really taint my nail to yellow pigment but it still does but not as much. I reckon there is a trick where it won't stain the nails. That is not to wear a nail polish more than a week or two, depending on individual nails.

Well good luck to me to be creative now because I can be lazy sometimes and just coat a color instead of having some designs on the nail.

Mosquito Bites

My trip to Kuching was a fruitful one in terms of food to my belly but negative to the mosquitoes. I had many marks of the bites.


See the bites??? They are so red.. Mosquitoes in Kuching seems to love y blood as I was the only one in the house getting bitten all over my exposed skin.

The video may not be a good way to record because I was holding the mobile on one hand and the other pointing. Haha... Amateur!! And i was shaking all over, so not worth showing. Besides I do not know how to upload it here from my iphone.

Sick

Gulp... I am feeling awful... I have been havibg diarrhoea for the past one week... It's horrible.. I took medication but I am still "relieving" water out from my body..

I don't want to go through another bout of diarrhoea episode like last year, exactly about a year ago too that i suffered bad stomach upset with constipation and diarrhoea and cramps.

It is interrupting my life, work and family.

Dear God,
Please help my tummy ache and heel it fast so that I can get back to my feet again and not be interrupted by the constant visitation to the toilet and also cramps.. In God's name I pray, Amen.

Happy 2011 Valentines' Day

I was amazed and surprise to receive this from bunny.. Because he was always telling me to save money and don't simply waste money to buy this and that.. But tada....... Lilies from him... He knows I love lilies (and also cheaper than roses.. So it's kill 2 birds with one stone. He saves money and I happy..)






Haha.. Yea yea.. I know. My office table is messy. What can I say? I just got back from my 1-week CNY leave. Colleagues ate all the goodies and left the empty containers on my table. Anyways, credit to my bunny. So sweet of my bunny.. Love you lots bunny..

Well, to avoid the long queues and hike food pricing because of valentines' day, bunny requested me to cook and I did but simple dishes. Nothing to make a big Hoo-ha about it..






Mince beef with mustard-black pepper-honey sauce. I created this mix. Well, bunny said it was abit sour. So next time will be less mustard and black pepper sauce and more honey.






Simple cabbage with mix vegetable with fresh sliced carrot with crab stick in soy-teriyaki sauce. Bunny likes this. I ate most of the vege as I need more vege.






And for dessert is peanut dang-yuen. Bunny's favourite.

Kuching Food and 2011 Lunar Rabbit Year

My time in Kuching for the Lunar New Year for 2011 celebration for the year of te rabbit has been fruitful. Which means I have gained 1kg. Cricky...




This is the lo-Hei we bought from sakae-sushi and brought it back to kuching for our family to "flow the prosperity" as high as possible.. And also our family reunion lunch.



Beautiful and yet simple lunch for the reunion. I love it.



A must-to-drink teh-c peng, famous drink and specialty of Sarawak.



My favorite dish, Butter-Chicken Rice.



A must-do errand in Kuching. Enjoying cakes back in Kuching.



Sarawak laksa. I got the paste back to SG so that I can cook it when I want to.



Siew-Mai from sibu. SIL got it when coming back to kuching.



Carbonara spaghetti from Basaga. See the lemon and the portion. It's quite little but yet I can't finish it.



Ambience of Basaga. This place is actually a hotel. Not bad but I can say te service should improve. I waited quite awhile for the order and the bill.

Homemade bao by FIL. I like it alot that I ate 3.

Homemade ice-cream. Kampung style ice-cream.



Belacan beehoon. One of the unique dish that only can be found in Kuching.



White-lady. The best one is from Hui Sing Garden but I didn't get it from there. I got it together with the belacan beehoon (top) and kolo Mee (below). Yummy.

Rojak (mixed fruit with "rojak" sauce).



Mixed vegetable noodle in sweet sauce from Da Wa Kung.



Another round of secret recipe treat.



Deep fried popiah. The size of it is a thumb-size.



Midin, this is a unique vegetable which can only be found in Sarawak. Not even in West Malaysia.



Steam fish.

Well, this is my yearly ritual. Haha.. Surely visit Hairdo. And everytime I forget to take picture with my hair stylist. I cut it shorter this time.

And here is the outcome. I look so sleepy. This is the next day look after my first wash, without hair blown.



My hair tied up with my old glasses. I did make a new glasses, will show the new glasses in another update.
