But I still love my bunny for trying to fix the problem till it is right! Bravo to bunny...

First Step To A New Adventure

27-01-2010 is a date where we have to have documents checked and start the transaction. Gosh.. all went well and we are pretty anxious. The last date is 10-03-2010 and hope all is well. Cleaning will be in progress, then the moving and then the unpacking.... OMG.. so much things to be done!!! Some addresses have been changed but there are many more that needs to change.

I guess who ever is reading this must be wondering what I am talking about. Well, we have bought a new place and we are 90% packed to move over to our new place. The moving will be on 31-01-2010, an auspicious date. It is another 4 days. Counting down to it... but before that we will be washing the place on 30-01-2010 before the actual moving.

Hope all things go well and smoothly........

Countdown To The New Place: 1week more

Updates from myself... Yeah.. I have been disappeared from where the networld but then again I have been busy packing. (See picture above). Yeap.. packing. I am now sorting out stuffs that we owned in SG to move into our new home. There will be alot of packing (which is in progress) and house cleaning (will be doing that soon).

So slight update is here and more updates to come. Recent Thursday, we went over to the new place and OMG... alot of cleaning to do before we move over on the auspicious date. Honestly, I can't wait and so is hubby bunny. We are both excited about our new place.

Yay.... now I can imagine having family and friends over, parties, photoshoots in the corner of the house where hubby bunny loves my idea to have a corner of the house for photoshoot. Yes, we are avid photographers. Actually photoshoot is hubby bunny and myself is more to makeup. So a good combi eh but I daren't say we are professionals cause I am still perfecting the makeup procedures on my face and learning from professionals and hubby bunny is good at his photoshoots...

I did ever thought of doing a vblog but hmm... if I am having a hard time maintaining this blog, what more about vblog? Haha.. go figure.. Maybe I can do a few vblog but that is not my main source of hobby.

Bunny... I love you... and missing you..... Muah..

It is now the time to feel sad and happy at the same time as there will no longer be a Chartered Semiconductor but a new name Global Foundaries us bring borned in Singapore.

I am now seating among my colleagues witnessing the officiating of the new company. Well.... I feel pretty hot cause we are outside the company underneath a man-made tent with fan. Lucky it is not that hot as what I thought. Ceremony started at 1030am and will end in 1 hours time. Now I am listening to the speech of my then-CEO and now-COO.

Mix feeling......

2010.. How I feel so far?

Well, you can say the days are pretty ok to me at the moment. My current company is being bought over by Abu Dhabi. So, previously my company was wholly owned by Singapore government and now it's wholly owned by Abu Dhabi. This is my 2nd take over. My first was from my previous company where it was wholly owned by Sarawak government and now it's is by the Germans.

How do I feel? Ehk..... Pretty nothing! All I could say is if there is a good package to voluntary go, I might opt for it cause am pretty sil working in this industry. Haha.. Don't ask me why in the first place I started off in this industry. I guess it was my first real job and I want to do good in it but am kinda tired and sick of it already.

Bunny, if you are reading this... I love you!

December 2009: Part 3

This will be the last part of December 2009. This basically wraps up on what I did in the whole December 2009. Nothing much you can see alot of food. Yea... I am getting fatter...

Hubby and I had dim sum tea in Lao Beijing which is from Tung Lok Group. I can say nothing special about eating at this place. Kinda pricey a little.

Above are the 2 Orchard's christmas decoration which I actually took the picture in the new year 2010. Haha... I wanted to go before Christmas to snap the decorations but the amount of people crowding Orchard, made me feel wriggling to my bones.

Myself into the mood of shoe shopping, I had to snap the picture to ask hubby which is nicer cause if I don't ask him, I will end up buying both. So typical of me actually to buy what I like. Actually, I do that because I have big feet and it is hard for me to find comfy shoes but honestly, these shoes don't come cheap.

Random picture of Patrick. He was on hubby's chair. I snapshot it because it was in a cute pose. Haha... made me giggle and cheered my day.

Random italian meal which was owned by Japanese shop in Liang Court. Baked cheese rice with pork chop.

I treated hubby with Swenson's ice cream. Haha... I have been eating good food the past December. December is a month that good food is there all the time. Be it a gathering or something to nice to treat someone, it is because my birthday and Christmas is in the same month.

Last but not least, my meal in Swenson's, 1 week after my birthday, Khoo Yong (Fab2 SPC champion) treated us to Swenson's for all the hard work we did throughout 2009. So nice of him.

Well, Part 1-2-3 are what happened in December 2009. I hope the same treatment comes every time.

PS: I am now anxious with our new purchase which will be realized soon. Can't wait for it till end of this month.... It is coming soon..

December 2009: Part 2

Well, the Christmas celebration was quite a meaningful one for hubby and myself because he treated me to a night stay in a Executive Room at Swissotel. I love it because the treatment was good. The room we stayed was 6060. What does 6060 means? No significance meaning to it except it is room #60 on the 60th floor.

(I love the little guy by the bedside. He is from Swiss. He is a cow.)

The bed is pretty standard in all 5-star hotels, but what I love about this room is the coffee machine.

This is the mini bar that I love. The LavAzza coffee that I was addicted to during my stay in the room. I don't really drink coffee cause coffee makes me hyperventilate. Somehow this cofee don't. Haha... I basically drank 4 cups of coffee in within a day. The machine is quite easy to use.

Our breakfast was spent in the executive lounge where breakfast were prepared for us in a cosy manner. We do not need to "squeeze and rush" with other guests in the hotel on level2.

I love this candle as it is not a real candle but battery operated. Isn't this sweet.

I think the meal you see above are the tea breaks. Haha.. I did not capture any breakfast pic as it is pretty normal/standard food, but I love the raviolli made by Swissotel.

(The church that I attended with Jenn. I like the church. Calming!)

(See the greyish sky on the right? It is raining over there. Cool huh?)

Day view from the balcony of the room. (Right side of the pic is rain!)

Night view from the balcony of the room.
The night view of the church is pretty, compared to the day view (top).

My pizza and champagne we had for dinner and supper in New Asia. This is my first time drink alot of champagne.. I was not high as I thought I would be, with the help of lots of pizza. Haha.. the first time I drank champange was during my wedding dinner, which I just took a sip. Moet & Chandon is nice. I like it. If you ask me which I prefer, wine or champagne? I will chose champagne. :)

Happy New Year all....

December 2009: Part 1

This is what I did before the year ends...

Engineered these 3 gifts and wrapped it with personal touch.. haha.. Crafted is more like it. 3 ribbons color combination for 3 different special ladies. (PS: The wrappers; flower, ribbons & paperbag; costs more than the gift inside.. Haha.. but I am happy with what I made!)

Bought myself 2 pairs of everyday-wear shoes. 1 pair broke to half (sole part... darn, forgot to take a snap shot of it. I can bet you will be astonished with how the sole split to half and went disoriented from the original position and I manage to walk around with it from work to home!)

The blue pair is not so comfy but I like the simple design. My first blue flats. I am very particular with pumps cause I have sweaty feet and sweaty feet means "vacuum like" feeling in the shoes. I will get blisters. Amazingly, I did not get it with these pairs. The grey on is much more comfy. It comes with 2 colors, grey and beige. I wanted beige but it doesn't have my size, so I opt for the grey one.

Announcement: Picture(s) Missing From My Posts

If you notice some missing pictures in my posts, please forgive my ignorance. I deleted pictures from Picasa website, which I did not know that it will automatically delete the pictures from my blog.

Crap.. I didn't read all warnings at the sidebar before deleting the pictures cause I saw many duplicates.

Forgive me.. but have fun reading them without the pictures. Adios!

What I Got For The New Year of 2010

Hey all, Happy New Year to you all out there. Yes, the year 2009 has ended and this is not my first blog for 2010 but I do hope that I am a better sport in 2010 to blog more. My ending of 2009 is rather quiet. Actually, I was practically busy with work and then got hooked with Twilight Saga books (will blog about this soon..) and basically lazy to blog. Haha... but I do hope this year round it is a better start and stays the same till the end or till the next year comes.

Since it is the new year and Chinese New Year is round the corner, 14-February-2010, which is also a Valentines' Day, I thought of getting myself a good pair of shoes. I know, I know.. I have many pairs already but what is a girl if she has only a pair? Hahaha.... I can obviously tell you that I have more than 5 pairs. Basically 2 pairs for everyday wear, 1 pair of sport shoe, 1 Gold colored sandal, 1 court shoe, 1 black open-toe heel, 1 brown open-toe silk-covered heel, and a few more which I need to look at to describe. So basically from my description here, I have 7 but if my calculation is right (without looking through my shoes now) I have about 11 pairs.

I am all smiles now. Anyways, I remember telling my friend that the dress she bought for her sister's wedding is so expensive for that kind of simple design. It is $60. To me, it is expensive. But I ended up getting myself 2 pairs of shoes. Haha... 1 pair of Nine West and Aldo. I stumbled upon Nine West when hubby and myself spent a night at Swissotel (pictures will come soon..) and we went for a walk and the minute I saw that shoes, I told him I must get it. And.... you know the rest...

Another pair was only yesterday. I got it when hubby when karaoke-ing with friends. He left me alone to shop in Vivocity since he had already companies me the whole afternoon. I stumbled upon Aldo and bought this pair of heels.

I was quite amazed with the packaging. What I brought home was basically what you see in the picture above. No paper-bag at all. Isn't it cool? Imagine if every shoe shops does this, it helps to save more trees.

Aldo has a sticker labeling "Thank You For Taking The Box And Not The Bag". How sweet!

And here is my killer heels from Aldo. Well, I am proud of my purchases cause I have never splurged this much of money on shoes. I never believe is buying expensive shoes unless I know they can last for a long or reasonable length of time. Imagine my wedding shoes, I only wore it on the photoshoot day and the actual wedding day. Imagine, I spent about $120 on the sandals and wore it twice. Original price for Aldo is $175, but I got it with discounted price at $122.50.

This is Nine West. The price is the same as Aldo but it is from Nine West. Honestly, I never thought I would ever wore such branded shoes. All my life, I only admire these kind of shoes from magazines cause I told myself not to splurge on such expensive items where it cannot last. But which female can resist discounted branded shoes? And it is pretty! So, there goes a big hole in my pocket, $250 gone to 2 pairs of heels.

Nine West open-toe velvet shoes. I love this shoes and hubby says it is nice. If hubby agrees or gives positive remark means I must get it cause it is not easy to have good remarks from him especially on expensive items. All the he discourages me to splurge on over priced item but for this shoe, he gave me the green light. I love you bunny! (He gave me the green light for Aldo too... :) )

Trying to compare the height on my heels, I placed my IPhone beside the heels. Haha.. about 3.5 inches high. It is even taller than my IPhone. Aww... I am not sure if I will be the same height as hubby because all the existing heels that I have, I am still short than him by about 2 inches. Hopefully soon there will be a chance for me to wear these heels and have a picture taken of it. I hope it will be in my new home.

Adios...
