Short Break : Day 2 (The excitement continues the day....)

After having a cold beer the wee hours before, it is now time to explore the city further... I can say you will not get lost in this city as the MRT line is pretty straight forward like Singapore's. Here it is called BTS. The standard is quite comparable to Singapore's and Hong Kong's, it is all interlink. Unlike Malaysia's eventhough it does cover many places of the city, but the linkage is not so user friendly. I know my country can do better.

This keycard is pretty much similar to Malaysia's LRT line.

The view from nearby Chit Lom station. 4-face buddha is quite famous and a attraction for the local dainties and tourists too. There is a 4-face buddha in Singapore too, located at Little India (Exit A from Little India Station).

Members who are paying their respect.

Siam Paragon (similar to Paragon, Singapore) is the pride of this city.

I love this initerior design, very artistic. Using mirrors and water... natural display.

All of us, except the cameraman.

Siam Centre, just beside Siam Paragon. See the water fountain at the back? It is actually a symphony of fountains...

Some entertainment in Siam Paragon. I love about Siam Paragon is that they have many live bands all over the place. I should say that shoppers will never be bored. While the wives are busy shopping, the husbands get to watched beautiful local ladies showing their talent on musical instruments. Quite an entertainment for them eh...!!

Outside the entrance of The Emporium. Emporium is another place where house all the designer brands.

The foodcourt, called Food Court Hall, is pretty cosy. Unlike elsewhere, here doesn't have the pungent smell of mixed food that stays on you for a long time. With such backdrop, who wants to leave the place? I felt so cosy that after dinner, I felt like dozing off...

Simple dish, Japanese Curry with Rice...

Well, after having such a wonderful meal, I headed down to the shopping area of emporium. Nothing much to show but all I can say is that the prices in the mall is pretty overprice but the quality does makeup for the price.

All awaiting even of the night...... we headed to a place called MAMBO... haha... pretty dashing name... This place actually houses the night shows that is choreograhped by the local ladies... I would say, "ladies"... Hey, they are one beautiful lot ok... I daren't say that Ii am comparable to them.. they really do know how to makeup & show their assets... They chereographed songs & plays where no one could ever think off... Their performance are awesome. Below are pictures in order (according to the events)...

(Above are photo taking sessions right after the shows ends, which is before our show starts).

  1. Hehe..such a nice 'short break'. I really cannot tell whether some of the "ladies" are really ladies or not.
